When you submit the contact form, Walnut collects the information you provide: full name, work email, company, job title, subject, and message. For security, spam prevention, and rate limiting, we process IP addresses and retain only a shortened, secret-keyed identifier that changes daily with new submissions.

We use inquiries to respond, evaluate collaborations, handle press, hiring, and related requests, and improve our intake process. We do not use analytics or tracking services on this site.

Service providers may receive data needed to run the site, protect it from spam or abuse, and process inquiries. The embedded map uses third-party map infrastructure, which may receive visitor technical information when the map loads.

We keep inquiries only as long as useful for the purposes above and protect them with reasonable safeguards. To ask about your information, contact us through the form with subject Other.

We may update this policy when the site or our practices change. The latest version will appear here with a new effective date.
